how to create ocx to be able to use access2003 or later

how to create ocx to be able to use access2003 or later

i'm tamm.(i'm japanese so i'll apologize that i might use English hard for
you m(_ _)m)
now, i've requested to convert(translate) VB6 project to Access2003 or
later on work.
on vb6 project, some ocx files have been used, but, the licenses of some
ocx file is NOT allowed at programs coded by any language but vb6.
so, i'm trying new ocx files having similar function to use converted MDB
program(macro).
but, i have no knowledge to ocx(ActiveX Contol), so i don't have any
technics for create libraries.
i've searched any information for creating these, but not found for me.
please tell me how to create Active control for MSAccess2003 on 32bit. (if
answer for 64bit is happy for me!)
of course, it's OK that these advices is telling sites, books, and so on
in English. (i'm not good at writing Einglish, but reading English is so
so.)
if someone has some information for creating it, please tell me it.
i have the lisence that using VS2008Pro on my company, so it's ok to need
MFC developping environment.
this work is my almost only working in my company^^;
please help me.
